Wansford Trout's very own delicious trout pâté! This is a perfect food to make ahead of time and amazing for starters! Enjoy endless possibilities - we love it with crackers and toast, as a dip and even in sandwiches! A true staple!

Ingredients:
Wansford oven baked trout
Lime oil
Cream cheese
Horseradish sauce
Mayonnaise
Lemon juice
Chopped Dill
Salt & pepper
Begin by placing your Wansford Trout Fillets onto a baking sheet, season generously with lime oil and your preferred seasoning and bake till tender.

Once your trout is soft and well cooked, flake your trout like you would with tuna. In a mixing bowl, combine your mayonnaise, cream cheese, horseradish sauce, lemon and chopped dill and mix together thoroughly. Now flake in your trout, ensuring you avoid any skin and bones, and mix again.

Decant your mixture into a container and store in the fridge.

And there you have it! Creamy, smokey trout!
